Tax: Fares that include food are subject to New York State sales tax for the food portion only. This is included in all fares.

Gratuities: Not included in the fare except where noted. We feel that a gratuity is an age-old custom and should reflect service.

Cancellation: 24-hour cancellation notice required. Cruises may be cancelled if minimum passenger requirement is not met.
